A western Nigerian soup every home craves. Our Efo riro or vegetable soup is traditionally made with collard greens and spinach which is cooked in a spicy pepper sauce, seasonings, crayfish, dry fish, locust beans (iru),  and an assortment of meat: beef, tripe, and tendon.
